Art Review Manifesto Commission

In 2008 we were commissioned to produce a new work for the Art Review Power 100 edition. We created a photo that visualised the the inside of one of the cardboard boxes that Lehman Brothers staff were removing from their offices on the day the firm collapsed. We implied that WITH were somehow behind the bankruptcy as a result of our POW(ERM) solution.

Al Hopwood has worked under the guise of WITH since 2004. His artist website can be found here. WITH was produced and developed in collaboration with John Parkin from 2004-2019. Exhibitions and performances were created in collaboration with Sean Parfitt between 2005-2011. From 2005-2006 WITH Projects were co-funded Arts Council England. The WITH logo was designed by Will Bloor.
